Job summary

Yardi is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) to join the Procure to Pay Team in Austin to provide technical software support and guidance on the Yardi Bill Pay platform. You’ll troubleshoot issues, help clients from setup to ongoing success, and collaborate with teams to deliver innovative solutions.

About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic Procure to Pay Team as an Associate Technical Account Manager (ATAM) and be part of the forefront of innovation in the real estate industry! As an ATAM, you'll provide excellent customer support by troubleshooting and resolving software issues via phone and email on Yardi's Bill Pay platform. • Provide technical software support, set-up, and implementation guidance to clients across a suite of products, delivering assistance via email and phone.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
