Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, IS, or related field.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and persistence to see challenges through to completion.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build expertise in the fuel supply chain and its participants.
• Learn Gravitate technology suite and how it meets participant needs.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and support staff to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Support implementations through integrations, configurations, and technical design recommendations.
• Partner with clients to understand objectives, issues, and project goals as a trusted liaison.
• Translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans and technical solutions.
• Manage incoming support requests with timely resolution or escalation and proactive communication.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing, documentation, and process improvements.
