Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an Associate Contracts Manager to review, draft, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including hosted services and license agreements, for internal tech teams and AWS. You will provide strategic legal counsel, improve processes, and manage multiple contracts under tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in contracts management, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to simplify complex contracting processes while collaborating across teams

Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• 2+ years of contracts management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including hosted services agreements, software licensing agreements, professional services agreements, amendments, and NDAs.
• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to business clients on transactions, processes, and communications.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the legal team to enhance efficiency.
• Manage multiple contracts and priorities, meeting tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract issues and support transactions.
