Job summary

Jobtailor partners with Nestlé USA to fill temporary recruiting assignments, supporting hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment processes. This role emphasizes building talent pipelines, candidate screening, and compliant sourcing across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has experience in recruitment strategies, sourcing, and ensuring OFCCP/EEOC compliance, with strong customer service for both managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years recruiting/sourcing experience
• 1+ years recruiting or sourcing experience preferred
• Knowledge of employment law and OFCCP/EEOC requirements
• Contractors are hired through Nestlé’s staffing partner (context)

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates, communicating regularly and providing updates
• Develop and/or execute tactical sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate candidate flow
• Participate in strategy planning meetings, resume screening, phone interviews, consensus meetings, interview setup, and the offer process
• Recruit candidates through databases, internet search engines, referrals, networking, direct recruiting, job boards, and social media
• Review and screen resumes and conduct phone interviews as needed
• Use data to present to hiring managers when building recruiting strategies
• Build and utilize talent pipelines
• Ensure OFCCP and EEOC requirements are met through the recruiting process
• Participate in project work and assignments as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience OR High School Diploma and 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
• 1+ years’ experience recruiting (assessment/interviewing) or sourcing candidates preferred
• 1+ years conducting business, project related, or competitive intelligence research preferred
• Thorough understanding of employment law and regulations, including OFCCP and EEOC requirements
• Contractors are hired and employed through Nestlé’s third-party staffing partner
• Services provided to Nestlé in the USA on a temporary basis for a specific assignment
