Job summary

United Talent Agency (UTA) is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition to join our fast-moving Talent Acquisition team. This role supports recruiting operations, including ATS administration, reporting, process documentation, and candidate research, with scope to grow into candidate outreach and screenings for hard-to-fill roles.

You will help identify and engage top talent for a leading entertainment company, reporting to the SVP, Recruitment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing for executive-level and corporate functions preferred.
• Direct experience with sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, social platforms, and AI tools.
• Strong AI prompting skills to support sourcing and recruiting efficiency.
• Experience maintaining data accuracy within an ATS; Ashby experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative approaches to business challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Associate, Talent AcquisitionUTA is seeking a driven Associate, Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for an effective self-starter with strong research instincts, natural curiosity, and a passion for learning in a fast-moving, evolving environment. The Associate will play a pivotal role in recruiting operations, including ATS administration, reporting, process documentation, and candidate research, while supporting searches for unique, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles. As the role grows, responsibilities may expand to include candidate outreach and screenings. This position reports to the SVP, Recruitment and offers the opportunity to help identify, engage, and attract top talent for a leading entertainment company.The salary for this role is $75,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

• Support recruiting operations through the preparation and distribution of key reports, documentation of process maps and systems changes, and ATS administration as needed
• Identify and surface candidates for unique, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles aligned with UTA’s strategic hiring goals
• Help define and design search strategies across a range of roles, including talent landscape mapping and industry research
• Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms, to engage passive talent
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, creating a smooth and efficient experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Build targeted lists of companies and prospective candidates to support current and future searches
• Develop and execute tailored job posting strategies for assigned roles
• Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain relationships with high‑potential candidates
• Track recruiting goals and metrics while maintaining accurate candidate data in the Ashby ATS
• Incorporate feedback from recruiters and hiring managers, adjusting sourcing and posting strategies to support departmental goals
• Stay current on industry news, market trends, and developments impacting recruitment

What You Will Need

• 2+ years of direct Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience sourcing for executive-level and corporate functions preferred
• Direct experience with sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, social platforms, and AI tools
• Strong AI prompting skills, with the ability to use AI tools to support sourcing, research, and recruiting efficiency
• Experience maintaining data accuracy within an ATS; experience with Ashby preferred as UTA implements the platform
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to apply creative approaches to business challenges
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work effectively with team members across departments
