Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Berkeley, MO is seeking an Associate Systems Engineering Analyst for Flight Simulation Labs. You’ll research, analyze, and refine system architectures and requirements to support programs like T-7, F-15, F-18, and MQ-25.

You will design, develop, and maintain systems, serve as administrator for engineering tools, and drive data analysis and automation to improve performance and reporting. A U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study
  • 1+ years of experience in systems engineering
  • 1+ years of experience working in a lab environment
  • 1+ years of experience in at least one programming language for system analysis or automation tasks
  • 1+ years of experience with Windows Server 2022, Red Hat Linux 9+, SQL
  • Experience developing and analyzing requirements
  • Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Apply systems engineering methodologies to design, develop, and maintain systems, tools, and new product solutions
  • Serves as system administrator for Engineering tools in the Flight Simulation Labs organization
  • Identifies opportunities and implements data analysis and automation including dashboard and reporting for the organization
  • Derives and develops basic architecture, functional requirements, and product designs, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Collaborates with cross functional project teams including engineering, IT, cyber, networking, software, customers, and suppliers to achieve organizational goals
  • Engages in continuous improvement initiatives for all Flight Simulation Labs processes and tools
