Job summary

CCS is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to support school districts’ server, network, cloud, and endpoint infrastructure. You will work with senior engineers on upgrades, troubleshooting, and documentation across IT disciplines.

Responsibilities include Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and VMWare; security monitoring and endpoint support; and project participation. Standard shift 8:30 PM–5:30 PM, headquarters in NY.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of cloud and identity services (Azure AD, MFA) and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows Server environments and Active Directory administration.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Assist with VMware vSphere virtualization projects and backups/DR testing.
• Monitor server health and apply security patches; document procedures.
