Job Description - Associate SVC Application Analyst (250247)
Position Overview: Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and managing applications within Temple Health. Coordinates the configuration and release of new features, testing, implementing regular vendor releases and system upgrades, monitoring and resolving system issues. Provide technical and functional application analysis, define system requirements, configure and maintain assigned applications using best practices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to prioritize, configure and develop appropriate solutions, continuously improve and optimize service capabilities and provide system training.
