Schedule Details/Additional Information:

• Basic understanding of network, troubleshooting, servers, medical equipment
• Basic understanding of Office Suite
• Biomedical background a plus

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist with testing and implementing system and application software installations and upgrades. Participate in change management/control. Assist with workstation and server administration.
• Perform data backups and assist with recoveries. Support capacity monitoring, disk space management, and license management.
• Support quality assurance processes to ensure proper system operation, optimal performance, and defect-free systems.
• Participate in on-call rotation. Assist with problem resolution and vendor issue resolution.
• Code, test, debug, document, and maintain routine application support software. Modify purchased applications to fit needs.
• Support installation of clinical and ancillary device integration solutions.
• Assemble and document technical requirements to meet business needs.
• Design application support software from detailed specifications.
• Communicate project status and evaluate client requests for impact and effort.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

Education Required:

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Basic knowledge of hardware and software in clinical and/or business settings.

• Average organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and complete assignments thoroughly and timely.
