Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. in Santa Rosa, CA seeks an Associate Surgical Technician to support the operating room team. You will assist with OR prep, sterile field maintenance, instrument handling, and intraoperative support, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Surgical Technology Program preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Surgical Scrub Technician experience.
• Recent Operating Room experience.
• BLS Certification - American Heart Association.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room, instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Establish and maintain a sterile field throughout procedures.
• Perform surgical scrub duties and provide instruments and supplies to the surgical team.
• Assist surgeons and nurses with intraoperative needs while anticipating procedural requirements.
• Handle, prepare, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
