Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to build a high-performing team focused on results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years management experience in specialty retail.
• Proven ability to manage staff to meet sales and payroll goals.
• Proven ability to identify top talent and train/develop great people.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the General Manager, ensure store meets or exceeds sales and payroll goals.
• Plan, prioritize, and adjust schedules and daily agendas to meet business goals.
• Train and motivate all associates through ongoing programs in sales and customer service.
• Develop associates to assume increased levels of responsibility.
• Maintain store standards in visuals, cleanliness, safety, and signage.
