Job summary

Silicon Labs is seeking an Associate Staff Verification Engineer – Wireless in Austin, TX to advance radio datapath verification for wireless protocols across subsystem and SoC levels. You will develop testbenches, verification plans, and coverage using UVM, SV, and RNM modelling.

Join a team delivering cutting-edge Wireless MCU SoCs, with experience in RF/Modem integrity, MATLAB models, and low-power designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical and/or computer engineering.
• 3-8 years of verification experience.
• Experience in SV-UVM testbenches and automation scripting.
• C software/firmware coding experience.
• Knowledge of UVM, SystemVerilog Assertions and coverage analysis.
• Experience with Real Number Modeling (RNM) and Spice modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop testbenches for radio datapath verification of wireless protocols at subsystem and SoC levels.
• Create Verification Plans, coverage, and formal vs functional strategies.
• Work with Real Number Models for RF/analog modeling.
• Use MATLAB models for RF/Modem integrity checks.

Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
