The team leads product definition through planning by developing market and product requirements, business cases, product architecture inputs, technical requirements, risk assessments, and cross-functional execution plans. Working closely with cross-functional teams, Platform and Product Management ensures future products are technically sound, commercially viable, and positioned for successful execution.New Product Introductions require significant technical analysis before development begins. Platform Systems Engineers serve as the technical bridge between customers, product management, and engineering. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
