We are proud of the work atmosphere we maintain by fostering excellent collaboration and good communication at all times.**Meet the Team**The 15.4 NPI Applications team is at the forefront of bringing Silicon Labs' latest wireless technologies to market. Working directly with leading IoT customers and internal product teams, the team helps accelerate adoption of technologies such as Zigbee, Thread, and Matter while influencing the evolution of Silicon Labs' wireless solutions through real-world customer feedback.As part of the Wireless NPI organization, the team operates at the intersection of customers, engineering, and product management. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
