Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking an Associate Staff - Electronics, Circuits & Test Engineer in Lexington, MA to design, build, and test advanced electronics and RF systems for space payloads. You will lead teams, perform integration and test, and develop automated data analysis and documentation for complex lab environments.

The role requires hands-on circuit experience, RF and power electronics familiarity, embedded systems, and the ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field required.
• In lieu of the above, a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test advanced electronics, RF systems, and space payloads.
• Lead teams of test engineers, specialists, and technicians; drive integration and test activities.
• Develop test automation, analyze data, and document schematics, interconnects, and board layouts.
