Relaypro is seeking an Associate Software Engineer for their Site Reliability Engineering team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This entry-level opportunity focuses on ensuring smooth operation of systems relied upon by frontline workers, with hands-on learning in infrastructure and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing reliable services and systems through internships, projects, or previous roles.
• Comfortable working in Linux-based terminal environments.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the health, performance, and availability of production systems.
• Build and maintain observability tooling for engineering teams.
• Write automation scripts in Python and Elixir.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
