A leading technology firm in San Mateo is seeking a driven Associate Solutions Engineering Program Manager to lead and mentor a team of Associate Solutions Engineers. You will oversee training programs in technical domains, manage ASE progress, and ensure mentorship is a core part of the program. Ideal candidates have experience in solutions engineering or program management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering career growth. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, program management, or technical enablement.
• Strong understanding of technical domains such as computer networking, cloud architecture, and security infrastructure.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the ASE training program.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering leaders to build and refine training content.
• Provide mentorship and career development support to ASEs.
• Coordinate hands-on technical projects.
• Ensure ASEs are progressing in communication and presentation skills.
• Manage program logistics and track ASE progress.
• Facilitate ASE engagement with SE mentors.
• Regularly report on ASE program performance.
