Job summary

Talkdesk, Inc. in the United States seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer, an early-career technical sales role for those passionate about AI, customer problem solving, consultative selling, and transforming customer experiences.

You will support the Solutions Engineering team and collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to help customers understand Talkdesk's platform and AI innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, data, communications, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interest in technology, customer experience, SaaS, AI, cloud software, contact centers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery, product demonstrations, and technical sales activities with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives.
• Learn customer challenges, contact center operations, environments, and transformation goals.
• Assist in preparing and delivering product demos and customer-specific use cases and materials.
• Document customer requirements, objectives, and integration needs throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop foundational knowledge of Talkdesk solutions including AI Platform and cloud contact center tech.
