Job summary

Drata is seeking a Solutions Architect for APAC to serve as the technical partner for enterprise customers, guiding them through adoption and expansion of Drata's security and compliance automation platform.

You will own the customer experience from kickoff to ongoing adoption, collaborating with Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate complex security needs into scalable, proven solutions across regions. Availability to support North America time zones is needed.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of APAC enterprise customers as their primary technical point of contact.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, including project plans, milestones, risk management, stakeholder coordination, configuration, testing, and launch readiness.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and translate business, security, and compliance requirements into scalable solutions.
• Monitor customer health, usage, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities; partner with Customer Success to address risks proactively.
• Configure and customize Drata, integrate customer systems, support data migrations, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
