Work directly with production-relevant systems and data

Requirements

Solid foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
Experience with at least one modern programming language
Ability to learn new languages and technology stacks quickly
Genuine interest in integrating AI services and LLMs into working software
Familiarity with frontier AI tools such as Claude or Copilot, or willingness to become proficient quickly
Based in the Rochester, NY area and willing to work hybrid alongside the team and manager
Graduated within the last 12 months from a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program, or equivalent experience
BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Hands-on coding experience from coursework, internships, or personal projects
Some exposure to or genuine interest in AI/LLM technologies
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating closely in a small, in-person team
Ability to sit at a desk or workstation for extended periods, typically 7-8 hours per day
Ability to operate computers and phone systems and type while using multiple software programs simultaneously
