Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior software engineer to embed GenAI technologies into our engineering workflows and drive adoption across the organization.

You will lead technical direction for AI-augmented systems, mentor teammates, and champion modern delivery patterns with automation and resiliency. Collaboration and strong communication are essential in guiding domain-aligned teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year shipping production systems built on LLMs or AI agents.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 6 additional years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with GitHub, Python, .NET/C#, Angular, AWS, OCF, Mongo, DocumentDB, and SQL Server.
• Experience with modern agent frameworks (Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, AgentCore).
• Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI).
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, testing, and CI/CD for AI-augmented systems.
• Experience defining technical direction for workstreams or product areas.

• Enhance productivity, accelerate innovation, and enable responsible AI use in daily workflows
• Champion modern software delivery patterns, automation, and resiliency practices
• Enable domain-aligned teams through modular, API-driven, and decoupled solutions
