Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, building, and testing AI agents and workflows using AWS Bedrock, Strands, and MCP.
• Develop and prototype AI-powered web apps and internal productivity tools.
• Build and evaluate RAG pipelines: data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, quality evaluation.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems.
• Support prompt engineering, testing, and systematic evaluation of AI outputs.
• Write clean, well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.

Job description

• Assist in designing, building, and testing AI agents and agentic workflows using AWS Bedrock, Strands, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Develop and prototype AI-powered web applications and internal productivity tools
• Build and evaluate RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and quality evaluation
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) with enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems
• Support prompt engineering, solution testing, and systematic evaluation of AI outputs

Requirements

• In-process of a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI concepts, or prompt engineering
• Understanding of REST APIs and integrating third-party services
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Shure will not sponsor applicants for work visas
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus
• Exposure to RAG, vector databases, or embeddings is a plus
• Experience with a cloud platform (AWS or Azure) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, hybrid team environment
