Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Associate Site Contract Specialist to support preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts with investigative sites. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment between contract activities and site start-up timelines.

The role involves drafting and negotiating amendments and budgets, ensuring adherence to approved parameters and client expectations, and maintaining rigorous tracking and reporting to support site activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 0-2 years of related experience or comparable background in contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates and finalizes amendments and budgets with study sites.
• Negotiates within approved parameters for investigator grants and contractual terms.
• Ensures compliance with negotiation parameters and client expectations.
• Ensures compliance of budgetary guidance, templates and process.
• Coordinates with internal departments to align site startup activities with contracts and timelines.
• Strives for target cycle times for site activations.
• Escalates out-of-parameter issues per guidelines.
• Performs tracking and reporting, supporting other specialists.
