Job summary

ProSciento, Inc. is seeking a Site Contract Associate to negotiate and manage site contracts and budgets within Budgeting & Contracting leadership. The role focuses on drafting CDAs, CTAs, LOIs and amendments, ensuring mutual benefits for sites and Sponsors, and driving timely start-up of clinical trials.

You will coordinate across Study Start-up, Project Management, and other teams, producing accurate, 100% error-free documentation while maintaining filing and tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1 year in clinical research or similar environment preferred.
• Experience in contract administration, procurement or vendor negotiation is a plus.
• Ability to draft, negotiate and manage site contracts and budgets accurately.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, negotiates and oversees CDAs, CTAs, study budgets, LOIs and amendments using templates and parameters.
• Ensures site contracts are mutually beneficial for sites and Sponsors.
• Forecasts contract execution timelines to support timely site start-up for clinical trials.
• Communicates site legal/budgetary issues to internal/external parties.
• Reviews contracts for completeness and accuracy; maintains filing/tracking.
• Collaborates with Study Start-up and Project Management and other functions.
