Security Architect Associate Job Description

As a Security Architect Associate, you will be responsible for:

1. Devising and engaging mitigation strategies to prevent real-time attacks, using Akamai products & platform.
2. Performing advanced analysis to identify attacks and threats to customers' digital properties and/or their business networks.
3. Communicating with customers regarding challenges and providing updates and results on your mitigation and analysis.
4. Innovating around tooling development & product enhancement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Relevant industry experience on Akamai Platform, networking, or Web application Security.
2. Knowledge of how the internet works, including DNS, HTTP, and the suite of IP protocols.
3. Understanding of the OWASP Top 10 and how they relate to internet service compromises or attacks.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
