We are looking for a dynamic data leader with deep expertise in enterprise data platforms, cloud data engineering, and data strategy to drive transformative solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

1. Utilize existing client relationships or create new ones to develop leads, cultivate a targeted prospect list, and lead sales efforts in conjunction with Account and Practice Leaders.
2. Work with Data Advisory leadership to target continuous growth by partnering with sales teams to win key data-led deals, bringing in new accounts, and growing existing accounts.
3. Create data strategies and develop innovative, disruptive data-centric solutions for clients, discussing requirements, priorities, potential solutions, and modern solution patterns.
4. Serve as a subject matter expert in Enterprise Data Platforms, Data Centric Solutions, Modern Cloud Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Data Management to influence executives through customer-focused solution development and value-driven delivery.
5. Lead teams through the entire sales cycle—from lead identification, client liaison, lead qualification, deal structuring, to creating high-quality executive proposals, including pricing and contracting.
6. Possess exceptional executive communication skills to provide guidance and thought leadership, serving as a trusted advisor.
7. Provide thought leadership through best practice sharing, whitepapers, industry insights, and staying updated on the latest in Cloud Data Engineering, Data Lakes, Data Management, and AI.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Experience in consulting, preferably in business leadership.
• Multiple years of demonstrated experience in enterprise digital and tech-enablement transformations, especially in data engineering, architecture & design, dataOps, analytics, or data strategy.
• Experience selling complex IT or customized technology services.
• Deep expertise in building and architecting solutions using tools like Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to guide customer teams on data onboarding, fluency, and literacy on Snowflake.
• Experience in sales pursuits involving data engineering, science, and analytics.
• Familiarity with modern data technology solutions like Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS.
• Expertise in HC Data for Payer and Provider sectors.
• Understanding of how data supports payers in pre-sales and post-claims phases.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data engineering solutions.

Compensation and Location

The approximate annual base salary range is [$100,000 to $125,000], with total compensation and benefits determined by experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

Note: Work-from-anywhere roles exclude Los Angeles, California-based candidates. For location-based roles, Los Angeles candidates are not eligible.
