Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Data Architect

We are looking for a dynamic data leader with deep expertise in enterprise data platforms, cloud data engineering, and data strategy to drive transformative solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

•Utilize existing client relationships or create new ones, to develop leads, cultivate a targeted prospect list, and lead sales efforts in conjunction with Account and Practice Leaders.

•Work with Data Advisory leadership to target continuous growth by partnering with sales teams to win key data-led deals, bringing in new accounts, growing existing accounts

•Create data strategies and develop disruptive and innovative data-centric solutions for clients, with the ability to discuss requirements, priorities, potential solutions, and modern solution patterns.

•Serve as a subject matter expert in Enterprise Data Platforms, Data Centric Solutions, Modern Cloud Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Data Management to influence executives through customer-focused solution development and value-driven delivery.

•Lead self and teams through a sales cycle - from lead identification, client liaison, lead qualification, deal structuring, and creation of high-quality executive proposals through pricing, and contracting.

•Possess exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to provide guidance and thought leadership to Genpact's with ability to serve as a trusted advisor.

•Provide thought leadership across analytics projects and initiatives through best practice sharing, whitepapers/points of view, and industry insights. Stay up to date with the latest developments in Cloud Data Engineering, Data Lakes, Data Management, and Artificial Intelligence.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

•Experience in consulting, preferably in business leadership

•Or multiple years of demonstrated experience in enterprise digital and tech-enablement transformations, preferably in data engineering, data architecture & design, dataops, analytics, or data strategy.

•Multiple years of experience selling complex IT services/customized technology services.

•Deep expertise building and architecting enterprise solutions in Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP or other modern data architecture tools

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•Ability to guide the customer teams on enabling them with data onboarding, fluency and literacy on Snowflake.

•Experience in sales pursuit activities (prospecting, discovery, qualification) involving data engineering, data science and Data Analytics

•Experience with modern data technology solutions like Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS

•Expertise in HC Data – Payer and Provider.

•Basic understanding how data enables payers in Pre-Sales phases and Post claims phases

•Experience in driving revenue growth through data engineering solutions.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$100,000 to $125,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
