Associate Scientist I/II – Real

Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $52.00/hr

What You’ll Do
  • Design and run translational and platform in vivo studies in mice, collaborating closely with research scientists.
  • Support the development, execution, and characterization of innovative mouse models, including early-stage pilot studies for preclinical programs.
  • Capture, analyze, and interpret experimental data using Excel, GraphPad Prism, and ELNs, ensuring clear, accurate, and well‑organized records.
  • Summarize results into presentations and technical reports for cross‑functional review and scientific decision‑making.
  • Contribute to ex vivo tissue processing, with opportunities for hands‑on training and skill expansion.
What You’ll Bring
  • A BS or MS in biology or a related discipline, with 2+ years of relevant academic or industry experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in mouse handling, drug administration (intratumoral, i.v., i.p., s.c.), blood collection methods, and IVIS imaging; experience performing necropsies and tissue harvest is a strong plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation habits, with the ability to maintain precise records and follow protocols rigorously.
  • A flexible, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting project timelines.
  • Readiness to adapt quickly within a dynamic, fast‑growing environment and contribute positively as priorities evolve.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a multidisciplinary research organization.
