Job summary
Precision Medicine Group, LLC. is seeking an Associate Scientist in Frederick, MD to participate in cellular assay development, validation, and execution.
The role requires Tue–Sat work and may serve as a Clinical Laboratory General Supervisor under CLIA/CAP/ISO policies. Responsibilities include performing neutralizing antibody and other immunocellular assays, designing experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to SOPs while maintaining high quality output and collaboration with technical
Qualifications
- Expert level mammalian cell culture and plate-based cellular assay experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Must analyze data and prepare reports
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, and GraphPad Prism
- Ability to lift 1-50 lbs and work in a cold environment
Responsibilities
- Perform Neutralizing Antibody Assay and other immunocellular assays
- Design and perform experiments and analyze data
- Develop and improve SOPs and documentation
- Provide day-to-day oversight if designated as supervisor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clients
- Present findings at meetings and in publications
