Job summary

Enterris Associates, Inc. is seeking an Associate Scheduler to lead scheduling for educational facilities and public works initiatives. You will develop baseline P6 schedules, evaluate critical paths, and QA/QC contractor submittals to ensure alignment with contract scope.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering/construction management, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office, and excellent communication to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time scheduling experience for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on school or public works projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, drawings, and contract specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline construction schedules in P6 and identify missing scope, logic or milestones; analyze the critical path and provide written review comments.
• Review monthly contractor P6 schedule updates and document milestones, slippage, and provide overall analysis per client templates.
• Create filters, layouts, and bar-charts in P6 to analyze critical path issues for the project team.
• Perform QA/QC on contractor submittals for conformance with contract scope and scheduling guidelines.
• Ensure proper use of program-level codes, layouts and reports to maintain data integrity.
• Create Earned Value curves using client EVA template guidelines and prepare reports as needed.

Job Title: Associate Scheduler

Overview Of Responsibilities

• Contractor P6 initial Baseline Construction Schedules and identify missing scope, logic or milestones; identify and analyze the critical path; review the required cost loading and provide written technical schedule review comments based on client s structured review templates.
• Review multiple Contractor P6 Monthly schedule updates and provide written schedule review comments that document milestone schedule slippage, critical path activity slippage, and provide over-all schedule analysis based on client s structured review templates.
• Create various activity schedule filters, layouts, and bar-charts utilizing P6 Primavera Schedule Software to assist the project management team in analyzing critical path construction schedule issues.
• Perform QA/QC on contractor s schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and terms for projects; P6 program schedules and validate logic ties to ensure conformance with scheduling guidelines for various project types.
• Ensure proper use of program-level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity.
• Create Earned Value Curves based on client s EVA template guidelines.
• Prepare reports as needed and assist scheduling management in reporting projects as necessary.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years full time paid professional experience responsible in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects or scheduling for various projects in a program
• Bachelor s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, construction engineering or any related field.
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, drawings and contract specifications to earn insight into the required scope of work for multiple school construction projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
• Superior organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, drawings and contract specifications to earn insight into the required scope of work for multiple school construction projects

Compensation

This role is salaried/exempt with a base annual salary range of $115,000.00 - $128,000.00 and commensurate with skill, education, experience, and work location.

This role is bonus eligible after 6 months of employment.
