What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Identify optimal engagement channels with customers, primarily through virtual platforms
  2. Prospect new customers and shape product plans while supporting Sales Executives with demos
  3. Focus on acquiring new clients and managing upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  4. Utilize Salesforce for deal progression, tracking KPIs, and managing lead scoring
  5. Gather client feedback on product usage to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment
  2. 4-year college degree or equivalent experience; JD preferred
  3. Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
  4. Excellent communication and closing skills, along with effective time management abilities
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Salesforce; database management skills are essential

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Knowledge and background in the legal profession is helpful but not required
  2. Experience utilizing Sales Engagement tools would be incredibly beneficial
  3. High level of competency with internet and internal prospecting techniques
  4. Ambitious self-starter with a strong motivation to succeed
