What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Identify the best engagement channels for customers, primarily utilizing virtual methods for most deals
  2. Prospect new customers, validate their needs, and support other Sales Executives in setting up product demos
  3. Focus on acquiring new clients and managing upsell/cross-sell opportunities and renewals
  4. Utilize Salesforce to track and report on key performance indicators, including appointments set and revenue generated
  5. Understand customer archetypes and specific needs within the legal profession to enhance sales strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment
  2. 4-year college degree or equivalent experience; JD preferred
  3. Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
  4. Excellent communication and closing skills
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and basic database management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Working knowledge of Salesforce and Sales Engagement tools
  2. Knowledge and background in the legal profession
  3. High level of competency with internet and internal prospecting
