Job summary

Ayming USA is seeking an Associate Sales Director to join our Sales Team in Houston. You will generate leads, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with consultants to drive revenue and expand into new markets. This role offers hybrid work with two remote days per week and a focus on building relationships with C-level executives.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years selling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional sales experience; tax-related industry preferred but not required.
• Verbal and written communication skills in consultative settings with executives or business owners.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through researching prospects, developing referral relationships, and cultivating your network.
• Maintain contact with consultants, external professionals, and associations to identify leads.
• Manage the entire sales process for all business leads from first contact to close.
• Identify decision-makers, schedule meetings, and execute sales techniques to close deals.

• Verbal and written communication skills in a variety of consultative settings, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners
