Job summary

Koch, a leading electronics company, seeks an Associate Product Line Manager to help grow our RF electronic component portfolio, including RF board-level components, filters, and ferrite devices. You will work with product management, engineering, sales, operations, and marketing to shape strategy and drive commercialization.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product marketing, engineering, or related functions.
• Knowledge of electronic RF components and associated technologies.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic management and growth of RF portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and strategies.
• Evaluate market trends and customer insights to guide product roadmap.
• Contribute to new product introductions from concept to commercialization.
• Define product positioning and value propositions.
• Engage with customers and partners to capture requirements and trends.
• Support lifecycle decisions through performance analysis.
• Coordinate with operations and supply chain to balance demand and inventory.
• Represent portfolio at events, trainings, and customer engagements.
