Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, is seeking an Associate Product Line Manager to support the growth and strategic management of our RF electronic component portfolio, including RF board-level components, filters, ferrite devices, and related solutions.

You will work with product management, engineering, sales, operations, and marketing to shape product strategy, identify market opportunities, and help launch products that deliver value to customers worldwide. Up to 25% travel is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in product management, product marketing, or related functions.
• Knowledge of electronic components or RF technologies.
• Experience analyzing data, market trends, or business metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic management and growth of RF component portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop product strategies.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights for roadmap decisions.
• Contribute to new product introduction from concept to commercialization.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Build relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
