Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for full-time, 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in Kentucky. You will deliver care in a warm, home-like environment to our residents.

Responsibilities include helping residents with daily living activities, documenting care, reporting health or behavioral changes, and engaging residents in meaningful activities while providing emotional support. We offer robust benefits and a welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. Fulltime 3rd Shift 11:00PM - 7:00AM

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA license required
