Job summary

Swift Current Energy, a renewable energy project developer, seeks an Associate, Project Finance to support strategic decisions across a rapidly growing business. The role combines project-level finance and corporate financial modeling to inform investment decisions.

You will join a high-performing, collaborative team reporting to the EVP, Investments & Capital Markets, with opportunities for professional growth across Boston, Austin, and Houston offices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience with project finance models in investment banking and/or the renewable energy industry, including modeling tax equity and debt structures.
• Experience leading/supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence and interfacing with investors and counterparties.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in due diligence and deal structuring for future growth.
• Lead and support project finance and M&A transactions with investors and partners.
• Oversee junior colleagues in financial modeling and reporting to support investment decisions.
