Job summary

Pattern Energy Group is seeking an experienced Associate to support Strategic Finance, business planning, and liquidity reporting. You will lead analyses, maintain the Corporate Model, and support capital allocation, valuation, and corporate strategy.

Responsibilities include modeling, capital strategy, liquidity, and investor relations support, with mentorship across finance functions and collaboration with cross-functional teams in renewables projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering or related field required.
CFA credential is highly desirable, MBA a plus.
3-5 years of project or corporate finance transactional experience.
3-5 years of business reporting, portfolio underwriting, or corporate valuation work.
Transactional lead experience in project finance and/or capital markets.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of Pattern projects, business model, and corporate model to perform financial analyses.
Corporate Model Review/Financial Analysis; including valuation, capital strategy, and liquidity.
Reporting, Process and Deliverable Integration.
Corporate Finance Compliance, Rating Agency, and Investor Relations support.
Corporate Finance/Strategic Transaction Support as needed, and support for other transactions as needed.
Provide guidance and mentorship to corporate finance functions.
