Job summary

Creative Design Group, Inc. is looking for an Associate Learning Technologist (eLearning Developer) to translate learning strategies into engaging digital experiences for diverse clients, including Fortune 500 brands.

You will craft UX-friendly, interactive, AI-assisted learning products within a collaborative team. This early-career role offers mentorship and ongoing support, with fully remote work from any US location.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in eLearning development or a related field (internships and academic projects considered).
Experience with at least one eLearning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate Rise).
Portfolio or work sample demonstrating development/technical build expertise submitted with application.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, US-based role (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

Build, adapt, and QA interactive learning elements using templates and authoring tools.
Prototype lightweight interactions in collaboration with senior team members.
Use a range of authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Mighty, Claude Code) to produce final builds.
Apply accessibility checklists and resolve accessibility issues with seniors.
Maintain and grow the library of digital learning assets.
Participate in client-facing reviews as appropriate to project scope.
