Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Associate Relay Settings Engineer in Framingham, MA. You will work hybrid, two to three days in the office, collaborating with protection engineers to design relay settings for substation projects and renewables.

Ideal candidates hold a BSEE with 0+ years experience, and familiarity with Aspen OneLiner, CAPE, and IEC61850. Travel to client sites and labs may be required.

Qualifications

• BS EE with 0+ years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of relay settings and logic diagrams.
• Knowledge of coordination studies and fault analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with protection engineers and review relay setting packages.
• Create logic diagrams for IEC61850 substations.
• Coordinate with clients and remote staff on projects.
• Support planning, design and construction activities; prepare relay settings.
• Develop relay logic for transmission lines and substations.
