Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or related field.
12+ years of progressive leadership across multiple people disciplines including Associate/Employee Relations.
Proven ability to influence executives and drive enterprise change.

Responsibilities

Define and drive a multi-year strategy for Associate Relations aligned with GEICO’s goals.
Governance, policy interpretation, and scalable processes for investigations and workplace concerns.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR leadership to mitigate risks and improve workforce outcomes.
Lead and develop an executive-ready Associate Relations team with a focus on fairness and accuracy.
Collaborate across HR functions to address systemic associate experience issues.
