Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience across multiple people disciplines, with meaningful Associate Relations or Employee Relations experience.
• Experience influencing senior executives and aligning diverse stakeholders in complex organizations.
• Strong ability to use data and workforce insights to drive decisions and improvements.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year Associate Relations strategy and roadmap.
• Evolve governance, processes, and operating model for the function.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR to align workforce strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Associate Relations leadership team.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives on workplace concerns and culture.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or a related field
