Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve all types of employment complaints, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, etc.
• Provide guidance on conflict and dispute resolution to managers and associates.
• Document investigation plans, interviews, summaries and recommendations thoroughly and timely.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for challenging employment, performance and policy issues.
• Deliver communications to influence outcomes with stakeholders and mitigate risk.
• Investigate complaints with sound judgment and evidence-based recommendations.
• Act as a role model for Capital One Values.
• Participate in projects to improve investigative processes.
