Job summary

LC State invites applications for the position of Associate Registrar. The role will handle athletics eligibility, graduation processing, enrollment reporting, and general registrar duties within the Warrior OneStop.

Salary ranges between $55,000 and $58,000 depending on experience and qualifications; a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s with registrar/financial aid experience is required. Proficiency in Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or a Bachelor's degree with significant registrar or financial aid experience.
• Experience in an office setting with excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter relevant academic data on eligibility rosters.
• Collaborate with athletics and the department to submit rosters and information to NAIA.
• Review transfer transcripts to determine credits toward eligibility.
• Complete scholar athlete nomination forms for individuals and teams.
• Update graduation applications and conduct degree audits annually.
• Oversee diploma printing, production, and mailing after each semester.
• Assist commencement and manage commencement day coordination.
• Monitor graduation inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Submit enrollment reports to the National Student Clearinghouse.
• Verify data with NSLDS and coordinate with Financial Aid for data accuracy.
• Oversee student communication and registrar procedures; update inventories and substitutions.
• Process forms such as add/drop, withdrawals, and PIFs; support a broad range of services at the OneStop.
