Job summary

Bemidji State University & Northwest Technical College is seeking an Associate Registrar to lead records operations for BSU and NTC. You will oversee the transcript evaluation, degree audits, and transfer credit decisions, ensuring data integrity and policy compliance across campuses.

You will supervise the Records Office team, develop procedures for student information systems, and coordinate commencement activities while advising senior leadership on policy implications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years of advanced professional experience, or Bachelor's with 4+ years.
• Excellent human relations and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Extensive knowledge of records, advising, registration, transfer policies.
• Knowledge of FERPA and MN Governmental Data Privacy Act.

Responsibilities

• Serve as campus records official at NTC.
• Develop and implement operating processes for student records.
• Supervise Records Associate and BSU/NTC audit training.
• Coordinate transcript evaluation and transfer credit.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff on records processes.
• Manage commencement process for BSU and NTC ceremonies.
