The position requires building policies, guiding data-related projects, and coordinating with internal departments and external partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with data quality assurance, records management, and compliance reporting.
• Experience using SQL and data analysis tools to assess curriculum records, enrollment data, and tuition waiver processes.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a vision for an inclusive college data quality process for student data stewardship in partnership and collaboration with the Office of the Registrar and Student Success.
• Prepares and presents accurate and concise reports and communicates with employees and customers at all levels; identifies problems and implements solutions.
• Partners with external organizations to improve data quality and tools for managing student information.
• Streamlines processes related to compliance and records management; develops training for staff in the student success division.
• Develops proactive reporting tools to address residency, lawful presence, waiver management, and long-term record issues.
• Manages cross-functional teams and projects involving college personnel across units.
