Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking an Associate Recruiter in Texas to attract candidates and bridge between hiring managers and the Recruitment Department. You will guide applicants through onboarding and attend local and remote career fairs while promoting our brand to students.

• Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize daily and handle constant change.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Bachelor's degree
