Job summary

Integrate is seeking an Associate Tech Lead, QA to take end-to-end ownership of quality for one or more products or modules. The role focuses on manual testing, test strategy, planning, execution, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.

You will independently run QA for your area, collaborating with global engineering teams and guiding junior QA engineers while contributing to UI and API automation as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software QA with strong manual testing focus.
• Proven experience owning QA for a module or project independently in Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to design and execute functional and integration tests, regression and exploratory testing.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Working knowledge of UI and API automation and at least one scripting language.
• Experience with PostgreSQL for test data setup and validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA for one or more modules, from strategy to release readiness.
• Design and execute high-quality manual tests across functional, integration, regression, and exploratory areas.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with automation engineers for UI/API suites.
• Contribute to and extend automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Rest Assured.
• Plan, track, and report test activities and release readiness to management.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support on grooming and sprint planning.
• Mentor junior QA engineers on test design and basic automation concepts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
