Job summary

Consertus-US is seeking an Associate Pursuit Manager to independently manage moderate-complexity pursuits and contribute substantive content to competitive responses. You will own content development, pursuit schedules, and CRM rigor, expanding pursuit capacity end-to-end while guiding Pursuit Coordinators.

The role involves developing proposals, resumes, and executive summaries, coordinating internal contributors, and coaching teams for interviews. Remote work with ~10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of proposal management or business development experience in AEC, professional services, or capital programs.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to RFQ and RFP responses through submission.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt messaging to client expectations.
• Experience maintaining opportunity data in Salesforce or similar CRM; Flowcase familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned pursuits of moderate complexity from kickoff through submission.
• Contribute pursuit-specific inputs to go/no-go evaluations, including compliance and schedule feasibility.
• Develop and write substantive proposal content, including qualifications, project narratives, and resumes.
• Establish and manage pursuit schedules, coordinating internal contributors and subconsultants.
• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure RFQ/RFP adherence.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunity records for assigned pursuits and outcomes.
• Develop content for client presentations and interviews on assigned pursuits.
• Support interview preparation including coaching sessions and slide development.
