Job summary

Sikich is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the creation and updating of pursuit content across business units. You will work with subject matter experts to develop compelling, compliant proposals and manage timelines in a virtual environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in pursuit content strategy, strong business writing, and proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Suite preferred. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and remote/long-distance collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, English, communications, journalism or technical writing.
• 5–7 years in pursuit content strategy or content marketing in advisory/consulting industries.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with government/commercial proposal processes is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist pursuit teams in identifying winning strategies and messaging.
• Review, edit, and produce compelling proposals with attention to detail and compliance.
• Write, edit, and publish various proposals and RFx responses and coordinate related activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain information for proposals and other documents.
• Meet tight deadlines and manage the proposal process from opportunity to submission.
• Communicate effectively to ensure brand standards and guidelines are met.
• Develop content using Sikich's offerings and maintain proposal repositories.
• Gather research insights from prospects to inform win themes.
